1. Project Initiation & Payment

  • A 40% advance payment is mandatory before starting any project.

  • The remaining payment must be cleared before full/final delivery of the work.

  • No work will begin or be delivered without the required payment.

2. Advance & Cancellation Policy

  • The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If the client cancels the project after work has started, payment must be made according to the work completed till that stage.

3. Revisions Policy

  • Each project includes up to 3 free revisions/changes as per the agreed scope.

  • Any additional revisions or changes beyond this limit will be charged separately, depending on the requirements and effort involved.

4. Watermark & Credit Policy

  • A watermark or website/brand mention by HYPE A BRAND is compulsory on the delivered content.

  • If the client does not want a watermark or credit mention, an additional inr500 fee will be applicable.

5. Content Usage & Portfolio Rights

  • HYPE A BRAND reserves the right to use the created content for portfolio, website, social media, and work showcasing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Timelines & Delays

  • Project timelines are discussed and agreed upon before starting.

  • Any delay in approvals, feedback, or content from the client’s side may affect delivery timelines.

7. Scope of Work

  • Work will be delivered strictly as per the agreed scope.

  • Any additional work or changes outside the scope will be charged separately.

8. Results Disclaimer

  • Results such as reach, engagement, leads, or growth depend on multiple factors including platform algorithms, audience behavior, budget, and consistency.

  • No guaranteed results are promised.

9. Agreement Acceptance

  • By proceeding with the project and making the advance payment, the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
